Death Eater Survival

You are a student at Hogwarts school for Witchcraft and Wizardry. You are a sixth-year in (text-colour: "#9C0000")[Gryff](text-colour: "#FFF700")[indor]. You have just been left behind on a field trip to (font: "arial")[Beauxbatons], and have wandered (and got lost) in a dangerous forest full of (text-style: "shudder")[death eaters]. You plunge forward, trying to ignore the thorns thrashing at your legs. Suddenly, you see a shape ahead of you moving. With your wand outstretched, you call out, "Who are you?" Your only answer is a call of "Brachiabindo!" and a jet of (text-colour: "#CAD7D5")[silver] light shooting at you. You dive out of the way. You yell 'Emancipare' just as the spell hits you, and all effects are nonexistent. Then, 3 spells pop into your brain. Do you use [[expelliarmus,|expelliarmus]] [[confringo|confringo]] or [[flipendo?|flipendo]]

You kill the Death Eater, completely forgetting that Michelle Obama once said,"When they go low, we go high." You are rescued shortly thereafter, and live a peaceful life. You want to say the killing curse, but you hesitate, remembering some random former first ladies quote, "When they go low, we go high." Also, you hesitate because you see a danger; dementors closing in on your position!
